Equipped with a 5 HP CG motor and a helical gearbox drive (Elemech/Bongiglioli/Premium), the motor reduces the RPM to 60 per minute, ensuring a gentle and thorough wash. Pulses are fed into the machine and washed uniformly as they tumble through internal fins mounted on a single shaft system. The fixed rotation speed ensures consistent cleaning results.
The cleaned pulses are discharged by manually tilting the machine, and a bottom valve allows for easy water drainage after washing, making it perfect for industrial-scale pulse washing.
